I'm delighted to work again with this fast-growing e-commerce food SME that provides healthy, innovative & delicious dinners to UK nation straight to their door. The company is absolutely thriving & they're looking to have four sites by the end of this year & grow even further by end of 2022.
I'm looking for a Head of Supply Chain with a strong experience in building & improving S&OP, as well excellent forecasting management skills to understand & manipulate company's supply chain performance to deliver better results & help them continuously grow. You will come from a fast-paced e-commerce background with shelf-life experience with outstanding stakeholder & people management skills & will have a very analytical mindset.
Day to day bits:
Responsible for review of current & short-term supply chain performance, as well as reviewing long-term forecasting & taking appropriate actions to manage the risks or under performance
Maximising availability & minimising waste by working closely with their supply base, procurement, warehouses, production & logistics teams to balance stock correctly across their multi site network
Ensuring that the correctly & timely stock managment
Understanding latest supply chain capabilities & identifying how can they improve planning processes
Managing Supply Chain system to get the best out of it for S&OP improvement
Managing, coaching & growing the team to achieve the best results in supply chain
Leading a multi-site e-commerce Supply Chain Operations at a fast-paced rate
You MUST have:
7 + years' experience as a Senior Manager/Head of S&OP/Planning professional
E-commerce multi-site operations experience in start-up/SME
Shelf-life, batch control or seasonal ranges experience (e.g. Food, Pharma, Fast-fashion/Retail)
Strong MRP/ERP/WMS experience
Bachelor's Degree as a minimum qualification
Confidence, hands-on problem-solving & results-driven attitude
Forecasting/demand planning tools experience
