Head of Supply Chain

I am delighted to be working with a fast-paced, growing start up food brand, that was found to bring the tastiest & most unique sweet treats to the market. It is exclusive, energetic, and of course is ever-growing, so I am on a look out for an ambitious and driven Head of Supply Chain to help them manage their growth & development.

It is an end-to-end role that has been created to support their expansion stage, so you will get involved in supply & demand planning, customer supply chain, customer services & collaboration, purchasing, logistics & IT systems management. You will be a motivated and tactical supply chain professional who loves bringing value and making an impact to evolving food supply chain, whilst supporting them with the scale-up process.

Day to day bits:

• Management of inventory planning, purchasing, planning, as well the system support/improvement

• Managing customer services & collaboration with retailers & new suppliers

• Managing logistics & warehousing, overseeing transport charges and customer services

• Managing invoice and a bit of finance

• Helping the business grow in the best way

We are looking for:

• E2E Supply Chain experience in food manufacturing start-up/SME (minimum 2 years management)

• Strong experience in planning, logistics (Warehouse, distribution, customer services) & purchasing (buying in bulk, setting up new contracts)

• Customer centric and enjoy engaging with customers & suppliers

• Experience in food supply chain with in-house production

• Excel & ERP systems savvy

• Confident problem-solver, quick thinker with a great passion for food supply chain and bringing value within it
