I am excited to be continuing my partnership with a flourishing London-based consumer healthcare business who are looking for an experienced Shipping Assistant to join their team.
In this role you will manage customs and logistics communications with HMRC, arrange international transport by land, air, and sea, and provide top quality customer service.

The key responsibilities of the Shipping Assistant are:
Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers
Update and maintain accurate freight information on the company database
Assist with logistics & transport arrangements
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with international customers
Liaise with HMRC in regards to imports and exports documentation and freight
I am looking for…
2-3 years' experience in the shipping and logistics sector
Good knowledge of import/export documentation
Excellent communication and analytical skills
(Ideally) good knowledge of SAP
You must also be within 1hr commute from NW London
