Pod have recently partnered with an industry leading, fast growing eCommerce business in Manchester to find a new Operations Manager. This person will oversee the warehouse and customer service teams, manage the team performance, liaise with international 3PL stakeholders and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
This role reports directly into the COO. The perfect candidate will have:
- 4+ years of management experience in an eCommerce business, preferably overseeing both warehouse and customer service teams
- Excellent people management skills as well as the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Experience with 3PL warehouse management and freight forwarder management, preferably in an international setting
- The drive and passion to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
