I have partnered with a multinational packaging business that offers sustainable, plastic-free packaging, integrated recycling services & sustainable paper products. They are looking for a hands-on professional to deliver network analysis & solutions that will contribute to company's success & will optimise their supply chain, production & distribution network, whilst providing cost savings & helping define improved strategies.

I'm looking for a Network Design & Supply Chain Strategy Analysis Manager to manage cost-to-serve piece & provide cost saving. You would have managed supply chain optimisation projects in Manufacturing FMCG & come with a lot of energy & drive ready to juggle multiple projects at once & help the business flourish.

Day to day bits:

  • Optimising Supply Chain strategy, warehousing development, SLA management, lead times optimisation & more

  • Managing cost-to-serve analysis, ensuring the business continuous to prosper & be profitable

  • Building a framework, executing/feeding the solution (e.g. packaging & distribution solutions)

  • Using Supply Chain data from Llamasoft (SC Guru) software to analyse supply chain trends & performance to improve their physical network design

  • Managing CAPEX strategy & stock optimisation

  • Support ongoing initiatives: Stock - Warehouse - Manufacturing footprint - S&OP

  • Develop tailor made models based on requirement for production and/or distribution networks

I am looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years in E2E supply chain optimisation project management role

  • Minimum 3 years in Network design & cost-to-serve experience

  • Experience in Manufacturing FMCG industry

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain management (or other relevant specialism)

  • Modelling with Supply Chain Guru (Llamasoft)

  • APICS certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills, systems' savvy

  • Excellent understanding of Supply Chain management, and production
