Packaging Artwork/Design Project Leader & Co-ordinator (2x roles) - 6 month contract (£30-40k eq.) - Prestige Pharmaceuticals Firm

This $billion pharmaceutical firm are launching a range of exciting strategic initiatives across their product range and are recruiting two special projects roles to support them in updating their packaging throughout 2021.

Your key accountabilities will include working cross-functionally with internal teams including 3rd party manufacturing, supply chain, technical/R&D, regulatory and compliance to ensure product packaging design is updated whilst not risking any negative changes to manufacture and supply. This is a critical role within the business which will see you lead on artwork management and artwork development, influencing senior stakeholders throughout the business. You will chair meetings with key business leaders, establish a rigorous communication system and be key in maintaining regulatory compliance for all new packaging artwork, so a passionate and energetic persona will be key.

Packaging Artwork/Design Project Leader & Co-ordinator - key accountabilities:

• Co-ordinate development and implementation of artwork development, from conception through to market approval

• Lead meetings and provide appropriate documentation, eventually granting final approval to new packaging artwork/design

• Manage key change control initiatives

• Ensure tight deadlines are met to reduce risk of patient supply

Key Skills required:

• Some existing experience of artwork co-ordination and managing projects is essential

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and to take ownership of work streams

• Highly organised and methodical working style

• Ability to build and enhance key stakeholder relationships

• Intermediate/Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
