Process Improvement Lead

Remote/Flex - England

£47,000 - £57,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

I'm currently working exclusively with a disruptive medical device organisation based in Cambridge that is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Continuous/Process improvement professional. You will be responsible for utilising data driven techniques to effectively deliver change across the business, identifying opportunities, and coach the team on lean methodologies.

The role will allow you to make a real impact and our client very is open to those coming from any regulated industry, not just medical device/pharmaceutical. They are looking for someone who is keen to develop 'best in class' processes for the operational and customer service teams, whilst instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Effectively lead, implement and manage Continuous/Process Improvements initiatives developing capability, capacity and effectiveness of the operations
  • Driving continuous improvement projects across the operation working cross-functionally across all disciplines
  • Review and identify through value stream mapping areas of waste & streamline processes
  • Successful development of business cases & project assessment to prioritise initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • A passionate and innovative individual, ideally with experience from a regulated industry - pharmaceutical/medical devices/automotive/aeronautical/chilled food etc
  • 3-5 + Years' experience within process/continuous/business improvement role(s) driving change projects.
  • A strong collaborator able to engage & communicate with individuals at all level
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand complex operations and drive change
  • Enthusiasm to deliver a best in class supply chain and develop yourself & others
