I’m very pleased to be working in partnership with Superior Industries in their search for a European Continuous Improvement leader. This opportunity is a chance to work with the new leadership team to establish and deliver of a successful CI strategy within the region, working closely with the team to create the structure needed to deliver ambitious targets.

The ideal background for this role is:
Engineering or related degree qualification
Black Belt or MBB certification ideally
Proven track record of applying lean/ 6-sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment- preferably automotive
Hands on experience of working on the shop floor in a manufacturing role
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills- previous experience of coaching Green or Black Belts projects is a must
Fluent in Polish and English- German would be an advantage
This role will preferably be based in Poland and we can only consider applications from candidates who have existing right to work in Europe.
