I'm delighted to partner with this high-end online platform that finds, buys, & sells the world's most luxurious watches. They are very modern & exceptional in their approach with a great focus on authenticity, uniqueness & quality - looking to bring a Supply Chain Manager to support their growth & improve supplier relationships. You will increase, improve & develop their supplier base in order to double their sales in the next 12 months whilst producing cost savings.
You will come from a luxury experience with artisanal supplier management background, bringing proven record of sourcing new suppliers across Europe, have strong negotiating skills & have a great experience in forecasting & data. You will also be a very collaborative individual with a great focus on delivering quality results, great leadership skills & making their brand stand out even more!
Day to day bits:
Stock management, ensuring a wide range of straps & accessories availability at timely manner
Luxury supplier management in Europe, negotiations on stock, logistics, packaging & merchandising
Oversee the order placement through e-commerce channel & quality control of incoming stock
Management of SLAs
Responsible for NPD in coordination with their existing suppliers
Working closely with Ecommerce manager supporting online strategy via Shopify
Resolve delivery, returns & customer service issues
Sourcing new products whilst providing cost savings
You must bring:
4-5+ years' experience in luxury goods/fashion/art/auctioneer industry
4-5+ years in sourcing/procurement, negotiating & bringing new suppliers on board in EU
Supply chain management experience in forecasting & analytics
Excellent customer services experience in low volume high-cost environment (focus on quality over quantity)
Dynamic & collaborative approach, ready to roll up the sleeves & head strong attitude
