I am thrilled to be working with a cosmetics business in the heart of London who have been experiencing fantastic growth. They are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team!
In this role, you will work with the Supply Chain Manager on day to day operational activities, including order management, stock analysis, and stakeholder communications.
This is an amazing opportunity for a junior self-starter to get on board with a business that are really going places.
Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
Place orders with international suppliers
Work with 3PLs and warehousing teams to ensure inventory accuracy and on time delivery
Track orders and escalate issues with suppliers
Make sure that invoices are correct
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1+ year's experience in a supply chain operational role in FMCG or retail
Excellent Excel skills (& ideally Google Sheets experience)
An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internal and external
Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
A can-do attitude and dedication to the job you do
