I'm excited to work with this exciting tailor-made food delivery service, who are expanding their routes to the market & looking for a Senior Supply Chain Professional to help them kick off this new venture. You'll be exceptional at implementation & integration of processes across end-to-end supply chain including owning manufacturing supplier relationships, supply & demand planning, S&OP & 3rd party providers management (co-packing, logistics & supply chain).

Do you come from a start-up/SME background in FMCG? Do you have experience managing relationships with manufacturing/co-packing in-house or very hands on 3rd party management? Have you successfully implemented or led S&OP process before? You'll be responsible for the delivery of this new venture, from a supply chain & logistics perspective - you will lead on design, implementation, process development and ongoing operational execution.

Bits & bobs you'll do:

  • Manage all the relationships with manufacturing & fulfilment partners, customers & other external stakeholders

  • Manage the launch of the venture - developing, setting up & defining supply chain processes

  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP)

  • Supporting the integration of the systems

  • Own the forecast & planning processes including inventory & supply planning element

  • Manage all the elements of co-packer relationship - performance to plan, NPD cycle, logistics, inventory & working capital, COGs & quality

  • Manage customers' KPIs - availability, execution & quality

The skills you'll bring

  • 4-6 years+ end-to-end Supply Chain Management experience in FMCG (Ideally Food)

  • Background in SME or start up environment - very important to know fast-paced environment & hands on approach whilst "wearing several hats"

  • Strong experience in managing both co-packing, logistics & supply chain partners (in-house or/and 3rd party)

  • Confident communication style, ability to manage internal & external stakeholders swiftly

  • Great ERP systems knowledge - highnly numerical & analytical

  • Natural problem solver with an ambitious attitude & someone who won't thrive under pressure

  • Comfortable with a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, high levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and ownership and accountability for personal and supply chain performance
