Pod are excited to be representing a booming hair colour cosmetics start-up who are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Central London.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain management process for the business, with a particular focus on demand planning and inventory.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced planner to take the next step and join a business who are already thriving in the UK and are about to release into the US!


As the Supply Chain Manager, here are a few of your key objectives…

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely forecasts are delivered to the business for relevant region and ownership of volume/value forecasts in the planning tools

  • Responsible for implementing and managing S&OP process and meetings, communicating forecasts and resolution of issues.

  • Analysing, providing and actioning monthly forecast accuracy and inventory reports.

  • Implement and manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy of SKUs

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability


This role involves a lot of responsibility. Here are the key criteria needed…

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar forecasting/demand planning/supply chain role

  • Advanced Excel user

  • Experience of SAP beneficial

  • High degree of numeracy and analysis

  • Collaborates easily with others, sharing information and adapts to different working styles

  • Proactively seeks improvement and provides solutions

  • Is willing to work with others and focuses on customer needs
