Pod are excited to be partnering with a global luxury cosmetics brand who are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join their growing team in central London!

In this role, you will lead the demand planning process for a portfolio of finished goods SKUs across 3 luxury beauty lines. You will manage a Supply Planner direct report, oversee the UK inventory management, and take part in the implementation of a new planning tool.

Responsibilities

As the UK Supply Chain Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a 3-month demand plan for up to 500 finished goods cosmetics SKUs

  • Identifying supply risks for 12-month horizon and working with sales to mitigate

  • Directing the day-to-day activities of a Supply & Inventory Planner

  • Collaborating with marketing to establish customer commitments

  • Leading contact between UK and US supply teams to ensure product supply and availability to meet forecast

  • Leading S&OP process and meetings internally to champion participation across functions

Requirements

To achieve success in this role, I am looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a demand planning role in cosmetics or consumer goods industry

  • High quality working knowledge of supply, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain process

  • Excellent Excel ability and an affinity for ERP and planning systems

  • Honesty, integrity, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners

  • Great problem solving and analytics skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
