Position: Supply Chain Projects Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + car allowance + other benefits
I am looking for an absolute superstar, in the end, to end Project Management within Supply Chain for an incredible pharmaceutical business that Pod proudly has as a client. They are a pioneering medications company with a mission to develop treatments that improve the quality of life for patients.
You will be an experienced Project Manager that has overseen new product launches, portfolio expansions and a lot of process improvement within Supply Chain, such as Demand Planning, S&OP, and practice changes. You will also improve their current processes and ensure accurate delivery of the product through Supply Chain from beginning till the end
In addition to the above, you must be an intuitive and enthusiastic leader, who has previously successfully managed projects and will bring a strong drive of change management to the business.
The general day to day bits:
End 2 end Project Management cycle within all the key Supply Chain functions
Developing and implementing their current efficiencies, patient supply and reducing the costs
Managing and building relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project on the right timeline
Driving change through Supply Chain without any impact on the patient supply
Building and improving Supply Chain KPI's, as well as the processes and measures to improve the team's performance
What we're looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant sector e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering
Strong Supply Chain experience (looking at a minimum of 3 years' experience)
Experience in a similar industry with involvement in healthcare or life sciences (pharma or cosmetics)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management
Excellent numerical skills, strong knowledge of SAP & managing data
Preferably PRINCE 2/PMP certified
Excellent communication skills and ability to easily build relationships with stakeholders across all the functions, such as manufacturing, finance, procurement, etc
