Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will be responsible for the mid-long term supply planning for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, liaising closely with European manufacturers to understand capacity restraints and communicating this across the supply chain.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain planner to join a patient-focused pharmaceutical business with plans to double their revenue in the next 5 years. You will learn and grow with the company, and be able to use your supply chain skills to achieve the overall mission of improving the lives of patients.

  • Maintain the appropriate finished good stock levels across markets

  • Understand in detail the processes involved in working with Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning modules

  • Ensure sufficient safety stock levels

  • Support the Demand Team for monthly Demand Review Meetings across multiple customers and partners.

  • Support the S&OP Manager with the monthly S&OP Exec meeting

Requirements

What I am looking for!

  • 3+ years' supply planning experience with exposure to a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent knowledge of inventory and planning for safety stock levels

  • An understanding of long-term capacity planning

  • Experience with ERP is essential

  • Commercial awareness - understands wider business and can work with demand planners/sales/finance etc.

  • Communication skills - able to drive relationships at factory level but also across a European business at senior level
