A market-leading, multi-channel retailer known for its focus on building sustainable supply chains is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join its growing team.
The business has gone through a period of high growth, with its customer base doubling in size last year. This growth means the company is looking for people to join the team in what they describe as a fun and collaborative working environment!

Through a good understanding of forecasts and budgets, you will plan your team's resources.
Ensure that your department delivers on the business requirements, service levels, and all KPIs are achieved
Highlight delays and issues
Conduct frequent and regular 1-1 meetings with team members including disciplinaries and appraisals
Ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for the team
Complete formal HR-related meetings and documentation
Previous experience managing a team with the ability to develop and motivate people
The ability to lead a team on a daily basis while being results orientated to achieve targets
Experience in investigation and disciplinary processes and meetings
Confident and professional attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Great communication skills (written and verbal in English)
