Customer Service Admin (temp to perm)- Essex (on-site) – Up to £30k pro-rata
I am excited to be partnering with a global industrial manufacturing business, who are looking for a Customer Services Administrator (logistics), to join their dynamic team in Essex.
With a deep and rich history, this businesses manufacturers some of the worlds fundamental materials across a huge range of industries from paints, adhesives, to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. In this role, you will be working at one of their largest sites in Europe, supporting the domestic logistics movement of goods across the UK, and expanding into international exports.
In this role, you will:
- Process UK customer orders, and respond to any customer service queries
- Ensure transport is arranged via TMS, processing loading and dispatch notes, ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Work with external stakeholders such as hauliers and freight forwarders
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years experience in a customer service role, with experience in domestic deliveries (MUST)
- Able to work to strict ETAs and timelines (MUST)
- Confident phone manner (MUST)
- Experience working with SAP (MUST)
- Understanding of incoterms (ideal)
