Systems and Warehouse Planning Admin (7 month FTC)- Luton (on-site)- Up to £35k pro-rata
Pod Talent is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business, who are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their innovative and sustainable team in Luton on a fixed term contract basis. There is a strong chance of this role coming permanent for the right candidate!

In this role, you will be:
- Processing orders, raising POs and invoices
- Coordinate the stock transfer and movement of goods from the Middle East, EU and UK
- Plan logistics and transport routes from the warehouse
- Proactively analyse the data to problem solve and improve processes
In order to be successful, we would love to see:
- Prior experience in a similar logistics/ operations/ warehouse role
- Good knowledge of customs
- A strong desire to grow and develop and learn new skills, a proactive attitude
- Proven experience in problem solving and strong attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Good Excel skills (v-lookups/ pivot tables), and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
