EU Logistics DC Manager
Package: €70,000 – €80,000 + Package and Great Benefits.
Location: Centre Val de Loire, France.

We're looking to bring in a Logistics DC Manager to lead multiple 3PL DCs across Europe servicing France, Benelux and Southern Europe, based on site in Centre-Val de Loire region in France. You'll manage a lean but passionate teams, driving collaboration and innovation through the 3PL sites. One of these sites is the European flagship for innovation projects, so this is an exciting role where you'll be at the forefront of their logistics investment strategy for Europe.
You’ll oversee performance, cost, and service delivery across distribution operations, inbound, warehousing, and outbound flows, ensuring excellence through data accuracy, supplier accountability, and process optimisation. The role combines operational leadership with commercial oversight and will be central to embedding continuous improvement and automation within the European network.
What will the role entail?
- Strategically lead distribution operations in partnership with a 3PL, ensuring KPIs on service, cost, and quality are exceeded, driving operational excellence and delivery/performance enhancement
- Budgetary responsibility, driving transparency, cost control, and performance improvement.
- Developing robust and partnership relationships with all 3PL sites, reviewing invoicing, data accuracy, ensuring commercial discipline and value for money.
- Lead a small, high-performing internal team, building trust, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support automation and operational excellence projects as part of the site’s role as an innovation test hub.
- Act as a central link, able to engage across all levels from the shop floor to senior leadership, building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
What You’ll Bring:
- Deep DC experience either managing 3PLs or working directly in 3PLs within consumer, retail, or FMCG environments.
- Strong background in open-book contract management and supplier performance optimisation.
- Detail-oriented and commercially astute - able to challenge constructively, ensure accuracy, and maintain control.
- Comfortable leading in a matrix structure and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Business competency in French and English, with a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style.
- Experience in new site start up, automation or continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives is highly desirable, but not a necessity.
