We’re looking for an organized, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator / Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing, international consumer goods business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting order management, customer service, and operational processes, ensuring that internal teams and retail partners receive a seamless experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in supply chain, logistics, or customer-facing operational roles to grow in a collaborative, high-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing as Supply Chain / Operations Coordinator
- Processing customer orders and coordinating with distribution centres or 3PL partners
- Verifying stock availability and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders
- Managing logistics via EDI or retailer portals
- Monitoring open orders, identifying issues, and proposing solutions
- Reviewing performance and results with internal teams to support operational targets
- Escalating problems where needed and contributing to process improvements
- Supporting cross-functional efforts to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or compliance-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment
- Strong communication skills in English (French an asset)
- Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience & Education
- 2+ years in customer service, supply chain, account management, operations, or logistics
- Experience working with retail accounts or B2B environments is a plus
- University degree preferred
