Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, sustainability driven, B Corp consumer goods company, who are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their rapidly growing team in London.
This position integrates supply chain analysis and planning with the management and reporting of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. The Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost‑effective supply chain operations while supporting the organisation’s sustainability objectives, including certification processes, carbon accounting, and impact reporting.

In this role,
You will:
- Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory control to maintain optimal global inventory levels.
- Manage and improve inventory management systems, including process automation and operational efficiency.
- Prepare buying plans and ensure timely purchasing aligned with sales forecasts, while maintaining key supply chain reports and dashboards.
- Collect, analyse, and report ESG and impact data, including carbon footprint details and metrics for certifications and stakeholder disclosures.
- Engage with suppliers to gather operational and sustainability data, support ESG assessments, and drive continuous improvements in supplier performance.
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience in supply chain operations, analysis, and ESG data management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with inventory systems and BI tools for automation and dashboards.
- Background in S&OP, demand forecasting, stock planning, and global logistics - ideally in FMCG.
- Proven ability to automate and optimise processes, including integrations across ERPs, inventory tools, and ESG platforms.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and turning complex data into clear insights while holding suppliers to high ethical standards.
