Pod Talent is excited to be partnering with a European leader in logistics. They are looking to hire 2 Logistics Coordinators (1 junior & 1 experienced) to join their dynamic team in Overijssel region (3 days in the office). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to established brands across the supply chain, combining operational efficiency with cost-effective transport planning.
You’re role:
- You will be responsible for planning deliveries and collections, optimising transport routes, and ensuring operational excellence across the network
- Drive continual improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyse transport performance and review areas opportunities and bottle necks, working closely with 3PL transport providers to suggest more effective operation.
- Ensuring a seamless and effortless customer journey, collaborating closely with all teams to ensure fantastic level of service.
What You'll Bring
- 1 year + experience in logistics and also open to candidates with no direct experience in logistics
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong analytical skills.
Proven experience with Excel or/and ERP, planning or transport systems. - Fluent/Native Dutch speaker
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
