Sales Support Specialist (French Speaker)- London (Hybrid)- Competitive Salary

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Sales Support Specialist to join their commercial team. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting sales, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of commercial activities.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and enjoy balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Fluency in both English and French is essential, as you will be supporting a diverse international customer base.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day support to the commercial team, managing customer orders, quotations, leads, opportunities, and CRM records
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to queries and coordinating with logistics, quality, finance, and product teams to deliver excellent service
  • Coordinate product samples, monitor customer shipments and stock levels, and support contract, tender, and renewal activities
  • Produce reports, maintain accurate business data, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient commercial operations

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Previous experience in a sales support, commercial support, customer service, or business operations environment
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer focused approach 
  • Proactive, adaptable, comfortable working in a fast paced business environment
  • Strong Excel skills, confident working with CRM/ ERP systems
  • Full permanent right to work in the UK
