Warehouse Operations Leader
Location: East Île-de-France / Greater Paris Region | Site Based
Package: €80,000 - €100,000 + bonus (DOE+)

This is a high-profile leadership role, taking ownership of a large-scale warehouse operation at the heart of the business's European growth, with full autonomy and ownership for operational performance and development.
The business is looking for someone who thrives on scale, a leader who's built and grown high-volume warehouse (3PL, parcels, ecommerce) operations in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment, and wants the next challenge to be even bigger.
Your Role
Reporting to the European Director, you'll grow the site's capacity and capability as French volumes accelerate. France is one of the business's key growth markets and this is your chance to shape how the operation scales to meet it. The business is investing heavily in Europe and France specifically, so it's a great time to join as the business expands its operation.
What you'll be doing
- Own the end-to-end warehouse operations, P&L responsibility, covering inbound, outbound, sorting, partner management and logistics
- Drive cost efficiency and operational performance across labour, equipment and space as the site scales
- Support the site through its growth phase, including capacity expansion and site launches
- Embed standards across expectations, compliance, quality and safety as the business matures
- Build a high-performing team culture, developing and leading a large workforce through change
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in warehouse or logistics leadership within a high-volume warehouse, ecommerce, parcel, last mile or 3PL environment
- A track record of launching new sites or scaling operations
- Exceptional leadership and agility. Experience managing large teams in unionised environments through periods of change
- Fluent French and English
