A leading FMCG business is looking for a junior supply chain professional to join its cutting-edge team based in London. In this role you will work closely with the Account Supply Manager and focus on driving improvements and optimizations to processes for both, the company and the customers. About the Role:
Manage daily operations such as order processing and availability communication to customers.
Drive improvements to customer supply chain performance by building strong relationships and collaborating with your set of customers.
Support the creation and reviews of customer demand forecasts.
Drive excellent customer service levels and availability.
Be the key link between Sales, Supply Planning Team, 3PLs and Customers.
Great understanding of supply chain
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Great attention to detail
Degree educated or equivalent
Ability to build strong relationships
Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative
Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
