I’m excited to be partnering with a fast‑growing wellness brand that has scaled rapidly since launching during the COVID period. They’re now looking for a Supply Planner to join their team in Central London.
In this role, you’ll ensure products remain consistently available across all markets while supporting inventory management, production planning, and supplier coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly as the business continues to grow.
The role:
- Manage product availability across the UK, EU, and US, including stock monitoring, safety stock levels, and reducing slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.
- Produce weekly reporting and analysis on sales, stock, availability, and lost sales, alongside providing ad‑hoc insights for decision‑
- Support production planning by raising POs, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Oversee distribution activities such as stock transfers, 3PL communication, resolving discrepancies, and participating in operational check‑
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing on launches and promotions, and with finance on forecasting and reporting, while maintaining accurate master data.
About you:
- 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain within the FMCG, Consumer Goods space
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build and work with formulas.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm, thoughtful approach when working under pressure.
